We utilize USPS shipping, with delivery times typically ranging from 3 to 5 days. We make it a priority to process and ship your orders as swiftly as possible, often resulting in your package arriving within just one week. Please note that, at present, we do not offer express shipping options. However, if you have specific delivery date requirements, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll do our utmost to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

International Shipments

For our international customers, please be aware that customs clearance can occasionally introduce delays that span from as short as one day to as long as five weeks. We understand that patience may be required, but rest assured, our exceptional products will make it all worthwhile.

Returns Policy

Should any of our products fall short of your expectations, we proudly offer a comprehensive refund or exchange policy within 30 days of your initial order. It’s important to note that shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To qualify for a refund, the items must be in pristine condition: clean, unworn, unwashed, and devoid of any lingering scents or pet hair. It’s important to understand that clearance items and festival purchases are considered final sale and, therefore, not eligible for returns or exchanges.
